Our humble beginnings

We were established in 2007 with the ultimate goal of achieving excellence and quality in teaching to individuals, making educational and employment aspirations a reality.

Started of with Practical Nursing Course which was offered for two years, PSHPI has determined that healthcare/allied medical courses are the lines of specialization being most of its teaching staff and employees are graduates of Bachelor Courses which are under the Allied Health Professions.

In 2010, we aimed to provide Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs and to establish a Competency assessment center to manage the competency assessment of candidates for National certification.

We are located in San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Due to the challenges caused by the pandemic, we also offer tele-class / online classes for our students and trainees.
